To welcome in the New Year Håkan is joining in with a couple of Beaconite collaborators to organize an evening of culinary delights!

Laowai Eats will be presenting four distinctly different cheeses that will paired with wines from Paul Brady. To finish each course Håkan has created a unique bonbon that will delight you.

Laowai Eats is an online collective that was created by Sarah O’Connell as a way to form a community around cuisine and culture. With a passion for food that began in early childhood and continued to grow starting with a job working at a barbecue restaurant in high school. The love for connecting with people through food expanded whilst living in China during high school. Working as a cheesemonger has shown how cheese can be the perfect connector for many cultures and people. This is especially true when doing unusual pairings, such as cheese and chocolate!
