REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy for Packaged Food Products

At HÅKAN Chocolatier, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any food items, including packaged products, once they have been shipped.

Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly provide a refund or replacement if:

• You receive the wrong item.

• The item arrives damaged or defective.

• The item is past its expiration date upon delivery.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at info@hakanchocolatier.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food products, even if they are unopened or unused.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Please email info@hakanchocolatier.com immediately to request a cancellation.
