AT HÅKAN Chocolatier everything we sell is handmade in our Beacon New York laboratory of deliciousness. Every order is prepared, checked,, and packed by hand with love and care.

What happens from your order to your door?

Order Received

Notifications galore come our way. This puts big smiles on our faces.

Order preparation

******We check:

• the products and flavors and make sure they are available

• the destination’s weather to determine the best shipping speed

• the shipping method you chose is suitable for the destination

Depending on the factors above, we may need to make changes to your order so please keep an eye out emails from us.

After ascertaining that we can deliver what you want we carefully hand pack your selections.

Shipping

We ship Monday through Wednesday (sometimes Thursdays). We want to be sure that your chocolates are not sitting in a truck or warehouse under less than ideal circumstances and we want you to get them as fresh as possible.

Delivery!

As soon as your bundle is ready to go you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you are anything like us you will checking on it regularly.
